We were tasked with creating a print campaign that would highlight the inclusion of the Joox music service, within the DStv premium subscription.

The idea was to create a vissual metaphor of the union between DStv’s shows and Joox’s music by amalgamating notable figures from the worlds of sport, film, tv and music into a single character. By using recognisable faces such as Jay-z and Denzel Washington, in an unrecognisable way, we managed to draw the viewers’ attention by creating a feeling of… “I know this face but I’m not sure who it is”. Creating a game of sorts, when the viewer tries to decypher who is fused with whom.
